Made of people

If you are receiving this email, it is because, in some way, our paths have crossed.

Over the past few years, I have gone through a period of many transformations. Change had to happen, sometimes with a lot of resistance along the way, but I never felt that any particular challenge was there to bring me down. Quite the opposite. As an eternal optimist, I always look for the learning behind every experience.

I really want to share with you some of what I have come to understand along this journey, and also tell you a little about what is beginning to emerge now.

And there is something I want you to know from the very beginning: you have a fundamental role in this new space.

I don't want it to be simply a place where I share what I think, what I have lived or what I have

learned.

I want it to be a place of connection.

A space for questions, reflections, practices and experiences that can create room for each of us to listen to ourselves a little more deeply.

Because this new chapter is not only about what I have to say.

It is also about what can happen between us.

Before anything else, I simply want to say thank you.

Because I deeply believe that every encounter leaves something precious within us.

Perhaps we are all, in some way, made up of the people we meet — of what we receive and what we give, of what they teach us, of what they awaken in us, and even of what they compel us to discover on our own.

And perhaps that is why I look at the people who have been, and continue to be, part of my life with such deep gratitude. That’s simply who I am. I’m a person of people.

I am deeply passionate about human connection, and I don’t say that as a nice idea. It is genuinely one of the things that gives the most meaning to my life.

It was precisely through these encounters, these experiences, and everything I have been living, exploring, studying and researching that this new chapter began to take shape.

We are living through a period of incredibly rapid transformation. Technology and the digital ecosystem are changing the way we relate to one another, how we work, how we communicate and how we learn — and we know we are only at the beginning of what is still to come.

In the midst of all this speed, I believe it is becoming increasingly important not to lose sight of what makes us human.

Our ability to be present, to feel, to listen, to create genuine relationships, to know ourselves and to make conscious choices.

The more digital our world becomes, the more we need deeply human experiences.

Not to escape the world that is changing, but to learn how to inhabit it in a more whole and more human way.

And it is also from here that a clearer way of looking at my work has begun to emerge: creating experiences that bring us closer to ourselves and to others — experiences that help us recognise the resources that already exist within us, explore new ways of being, and discover what becomes possible when we truly connect with one another.

Experiences where the body, presence, emotions, awareness, communication and relationships are no longer just concepts, but something we actually live and experience.

It is not a fixed method or a formula. It is a way of creating spaces where we can experiment, feel, question, discover and integrate.

And that is what I would also like this space to become.

Because, if I have learned anything along the way, it is that human development never truly happens alone.

It happens in connection.

And it will be a joy to share this journey with you.

With love,

Sofia
